LILLIE DUNCAN
INTERN COUNSELOR 

 Lillie Duncan is pursuing her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through The Townsend Institute of Concordia University of Irvine, a CACREP accredited program. Prior to her graduate studies, she studied under Dr. Dan Allender of The Allender Center, which is part of The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology. She attained an educational certificate in Narrative Focused Trauma Care. This unique approach encourages therapists to facilitate healing through engaging individuals’ stories with courage, compassion, and skill. Lillie’s background is in holistic and functional medicine. Lillie is also a mother, writer, and creative. Lillie has found a love and a passion for bringing redemption to the art of motherhood through therapy, intergenerational story work, gentle parenting, homemaking, and intentional living. Lillie uses her own story and empathetic nature to meet others where they are in their own journey. Lillie is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with a Christ-centered and Attachment Theory approach to trauma. Lillie is passionate about working with women, mothers, and couples. She will works under the supervision of Danielle Cutrer, MS, LPC, who is an approved Clinical Supervisor through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
